ADR offers patients qualifying documents that fulfill the requirements of each state including advance directives, living wills and power of attorney.”

Director of Consumer Affairs
Terry Lindemann, Over 20 years of experience in Lead customer service roles in the Medical, Loan Origination, and Staffing Industries. Recruiting for internal and external talent to produce quality staff for employers.
9 years experience as the Lead Disability contact for UNIVAL, Inc. Connecting all new and active network providers: including obtaining, verifying, and maintaining the credentialing database. While maintaining positive communication for all clients. Along with being Responsible for mentoring and training of new employees in various roles, to ensure consistent client guidelines are maintained. Always, maintains a high level of productivity to assure the best customer service experience possible.
Director of Information Technology
Ron Fernandez, responsible for the areas of systems analysis and design for software development and implementations, network and administrative services, web applications, and hardware/network configurations.
Ron also while at UNIVAL with his team developed for the Virginia Health Department the Advanced Health Care Directive Registry. He has over 30 years’ experience from Programming on C370 mainframes to cluster server environment.
Ron has five patents granted by USPO for software and web-based applications for improving process workflow and follow-on applications for hospitals, medical practitioners, insurance companies, and other medical record-keeping stakeholders.
Director of Finance
Sherman Harrington is a retired certified public account with decades of experience in all aspects of public accounting. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Masters Degree in Business, Sherm passed up a career in Actuarial Science to focus on the world of taxation.
He is married to Holly and has two grown children (Steven and Nathaniel) and one grandchild (Christian) to enjoy in their adulthood and their separate careers. Holly is artistically talented and Sherm just loves to work with numbers (including a budding golf presence in his later years).
Administrative Coordinator, Director of Marketing
Doug Anderson is responsible for high level analytics and coordination of objectives within our team. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has over 40 years of experience providing marketing analysis and problem solving services to small and mid-size businesses. His consulting focus has been with technology as well as retail oriented companies both at a regional and national level. Doug's experience with consumer oriented concerns augment our highly technical-focused team with a perspective dedicated to provide quality service to our customers.
Director of Information Security and Compliance
Christa Jenne, An accomplished and energetic compliance specialist with a solid history of achievement in web focused technical support. She is a motivated leader with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Her areas of expertise include cyber-security compliance, problem solving, and internet infrastructure and protocols. She excels in translating technical information to less specialized language. She is also familiar with the requirements for HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOX, GLBA, and NIST, SANS, ISO procedures.
